Résumé: نسعى في هذا المقال إلى إبراز دور المخطوطات في إضافة المعارف التي تزخر بها المدوّنات، وكشف ما هو مخبوء في حقل الدراسات اللغوية والعلمية، وبيان جغرافية المؤلّفات الموشّاة بالحروف العربية، والوصول إلى نتيجة مؤدّاها أن صياغة العلوم العربية ولاسيما اللغوية لم تعد تقتصر على فئة عرقية واحدة، بل أضحت متعدّدة الأجناس والأمم المنتمية إلى الحضارة العربية الإسلامية. In this article, we seek to highlight the role of manuscripts in enriching language and culture via the knowledge that abounds the manuscripts revealing what is hidden in the field of linguistic and scientific studies. Besides, we are going to indicate the locations of the works adorned with Arabic letters. The study concluded that the formulation of Arabic sciences, especially linguistics is no longer confined to a single ethnic group. It has, rather, become a multi-ethnic and multi-nations belonging to the Arab-Islamic civilization.
