أهمية برامج تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة الجزائرية لمواجهة انفتاح الاقتصاد الجزائري دراسة حالة برنامجed-pme / Pme Ii

Résumé: إن التحديات والصعوبات التي تمر بها المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كانت من أهم الأسباب والدوافع التي أدت بالجزائر إلى حتمية تكييف وتحضير مؤسساتها للاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي وذلك من خلال مساعدتها للبقاء في محيط أكثر تنافسية بتأهيلها وتأهيل المحيط الخارجي لها. و من هذا تبنت الجزائر إستراتيجية لتأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة عن طريق وضع مجموعة من برامج التأهيل الوطنية وأخرى بالمساعدة من قبل بعض الدول والمنظمات، من بينها برامج في إطار الشراكة الأوروجزائرية حيث أصبح تأهيل هذه المؤسسات أكثر من ضرورة من أجل تحسين موقعها في إطار الاقتصاد التنافسي ومجاراة النسق الذي تفرضه عولمة المبادلات الدولية و ترابط العلاقات الاقتصادية الوطنية مع السياسات الاقتصادية الدولية. The challenges and difficulties experienced by small and medium enterprises were one of the most important reasons that led Algeria to readjust and prepare their enterprises in order to integrate into the global economy, and help them to survive in competitive environment. Algeria has embraced a SMEs rehabilitation strategy by developing a set of national rehabilitation programs, and she got a collaboration programs from some countries and organizations like the programs under the Euro-Algerian partnership. The enterprises rehabilitation has become more than necessity in order to improve its position in the competitive economy and to keep up with the challenges imposed by the globalization and its effects on the international trade, national and international economic policies
