جودة حياة العمل كاستراتيجية لتعزيز التوافق المهني لدى العمال

Résumé: تناول مقالنا موضوع جودة حياة العمل باعتبارها استراتيجية معتمدة في المؤسسات التي تسعى إلى تحقيق ميزة تنافسية، حيث قمنا بتوضيح أهمية جودة الحياة في مكان العمل ودورها في بناء فرد سوي يتمتع بصحة جيدة، وتوصلنا إلى أن اعتماد جودة حياة العمل كاستراتيجية تساهم في تحقيق التوافق المهني لدى الفرد العامل كما تساهم في تعديل سلوكه وذلك من خلال العمل على إشباع حاجاته الضرورية والمتمثلة في حاجات نفسية، اجتماعية، تنظيمية واقتصادية بما يحقق الشعور بالرفاه في مكان العمل. Our article dealt with the issue of quality of work life as an approved strategy in organizations that seek to achieve a competitive advantage, as we have clarified the importance of quality of life in the workplace and its role in building a normal and healthy individual. The working individual also contributes to modifying his behavior by working to satisfy his necessary needs represented in psychological, social, .organizational and economic needs in order to achieve a sense of well-being in the workplace
