الأمن البيّئي للتنوع البيّولوجي في الأوساط الطبيّعية الساحلية

Résumé: يعد الأمن البيئي أداة متكاملة ومكملة للسياسات العامة المسؤولة عن تقييم البيئة وحماية جودتها، وفي اتحاد تام مع الاستراتيجيات الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية المتعلقة بتثمين التنوع البيولوجي، حيث يعبر هذا النهج العقلاني عن أسلوب مندمج في رؤيته وفعاليته، هادف لضمان الحماية المستدامة والتقدير النوعي للبيئة الساحلية، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار استدامة هذه النظم البيئية التي تضمن التوازن الحيوي في المجالات الطبيعية الفريدة ذات التنوع التراثي الفذ، فضلاً عن تركيبتها البيولوجية المعقدة، والتي يتم استنفادها بشكل صارم وغير تنموي؛ لذا لابد من المحافظة على أوساط الساحل المنظرية بغية تحقيق ديمومة كافية للثروة البيولوجية به، ومن أجل سلامة الطبيعة التي تحويه، كما يجب أن تنفذ الدولة في إطار سياستها الوطنية المتصلة بتهيئة الإقليم وتنميته المستدامة، مجمل التدابير ذات الصلة بالأدوات المجالية الموجهة لحماية الساحل وتثمينه وحوكمته. Environmental security is an integrated and complementary tool of public policies responsible of assessing the environment and protecting its quality. Therefore, the coastal landscape must be preserved in order to achieve sufficient permanence of the biological wealth in it, For the sake of the safety of nature that contains it. Within the framework of its national policy related to the preparation and sustainable development of the region, the state must implement all the measures related to the spherical tools directed to the protection, appreciation and governance of the coast.
