Résumé: This study sought to determine the role of the policy of empowering workers in achieving the sustainable competitive advantage of the cement factory Sidi Moussa. The policy of empowering workers has been defined in its five dimensions (independence, teams, formation commitment, and culture). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was depended on in order to collect data from the member of the sample. And (SPSS) was used to analyze the questionnaire data in various tests such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, kay square for independence, analysis of mono and other variables tests, The study found a group of results was most notably: Cement factory Sidi Moussa adopts the policy of empowering workers through the viewpoint of its employees. The high level of achieving sustainable competitive criteria in cement factory Sidi Moussa. 1-The cement factory Sidi Moussa adopts the policy of empowering employees through the view of its employees. 2. High level of sustainable competitive advantage at Sidi Moussa Cement plant. 3. A strong and morally significant correlation between the policy of empowering employees in their combined dimensions and achieving a sustainable competitive advantage in its various dimensions at the cement factory Sidi Moussa. 4. Differences in the level of empowerment of workers in the cement plant Sidi Moussa are attributable to the level of employment. There are also differences in the level of achievement of a sustainable competitive advantage due to age and share differences due to the three variables: scientific qualification, duration of experience in the cement factory Sidi Moussa and years of experience elsewhere. 5. There are no differences in the level of empowerment of employees due to age, as well as differences in the level of achieving a sustainable competitive advantage in the cement plant Sidi Moussa attributed to the level of the job share in the absence of differences due to sex..
