المشكلات المرتبطة بالإدمان في المجتمع الجزائري

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة الإدمان وتعاطي وترويج المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية في المجتمع الجزائري ،حيث أصبحت هذه الظاهرة لا تهدد الفرد فقط بل تمتد انعكاساتها إلى الأسرة والمجتمع ،فالفرد المدمن يستعمل كافة الوسائل للحصول على المواد المخدرة كالاحتيال والسرقة من أجل تأمين المال الذي يمكنه من شراء المخدرات والمهلوسات،وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على الإحصاءات التي أفادتنا بها مؤسسة الدرك الوطني ،مع العلم أن هذه المؤسسة لها دور كبير في مكافحة ظاهرة المتاجرة وتعاطي المخدرات ،وتتميز احصاءاتها بدرجة عالية من الدقة باعتبارها تغطي كافة التراب الوطني وذلك في حدود مجال اختصاص هذه المؤسسة. Abstract Through this article, we try to shed light on the phenomenon of drug addiction, drug use and the promotion of psychotropic substances in Algerian society, because this phenomenon not only threatened the individual but also its repercussions on family and society. The individual addict uses all means to obtain narcotic drugs such as fraud and theft in order to obtain the money that he can buy drugs and hallucinations, and we have used in this study the statistics reported by the National Gendarmerie Foundation, knowing that this institution has a major role in the fight against drug trafficking and abuse, and its statistics are characterized by great precision because they cover the entire national territory within the limits of the perimeter of this institution.
