أثر تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في فاعلية إدارة المدارس الصغيرة في عمان

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرّف أثر تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في فاعلية إدارة المدارس الصغيرة في عمان. تم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي ( 2017 / 2018 )، وبعد إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن هناك أثر لتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في فاعلية إدارة المدارس الصغيرة في لواء قصبة عمان، وبأن هناك أثر لتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على مرونة العمليات الداخلية في إدارة المدارس الصغيرة، وكذلك وجود أثر لتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على تحقيق الأهداف في فاعلية إدارة المدارس الصغيرة. The study aimed at identifying the impact of the implementation of ICTs on the effectiveness of the management of small schools in Amman. The study was applied in the second semester of the academic year (2017/2018). After conducting the statistical analysis، the study reached the following results: That there is an impact on the application of ICTs in the effectiveness of the management of small schools in the University of Amman، and that the impact of the application of ICT on the flexibility of internal processes in the management of small schools، as well as the impact of the application of ICT on achieving the objectives in the effectiveness of the management of small schools.
