Vers Un Réseau Vanet Programmable Par L’utilisation Du Sdn (software-defined Network)
Résumé: SDN is bound to bring revolutionary changes in network management as it breaks through the limitations of traditional networks, where the control plane and the data plane are tightly linked within networking devices. By separating the control plane and the data plane, core nodes such as routers and switches become simple forwarding devices. The SDN central console will implement the general control logic of the network. As current dedicated vehicle networks have been struggling to meet the increasing demands of automated driving services in reliability and safety due to insufficient resource use, the introduction of SDN into VANETs will benefit the vehicle network in multiple aspects, such as network selection, interference mitigation, channel assignment, and delivery.
