تقييم المناولة كخيار استراتيجي لرفع الأداء المالي للمؤسسة سونلغاز (فرع التوزيع الكهرباء والغاز الحضري بورقلة) خلال الفترة 2012-2017

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة تخريج الأنشطة المناولة في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال دراسة قمنا بها على مؤسسة سونلغاز لتوزيع الكهرباء الغاز الحضري ورقلة خلال الفترة (2012/2017)، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك حاولنا تناول أبعاد الموضوع انطلاقا من التطرق إلى ماهية كل من المناولة والأداء المالي بالإضافة إلى تشخيص الأداء المالي باستخدام التحليل التطوري لمؤشرات الربحية والمردودية، ولمعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين المتغيرات التابعة المختارة والمتمثلة في (معدل العائد على الأصول، معدل العائد على الاستثمار ومعدل العائد على المبيعات) والمستقلة التي تعد محددات الاعتماد على المناولة المتمثلة في (معدل نمو الأصول، درجة الاعتماد على المناولة) قمنا باستخدام الانحدار الخطي لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة؛ وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية أن المناولة تعتبر أحد أهم العناصر التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسة الآمرة سونلغاز للقيام بأعمالها وأنها أكثر العوامل تأثيرا في تحسين الأداء المالي خلال فترة لدراسة.The aim of this study is know to what extent subcontracting activities contributes in improving the financial performance of the economic enterprise, and this is through a study we have done on "sonelgas" enterprise for electricity distribution and urban gas in ouargla between 2012 and 2017. In order to realize that, we have tried to tackle all the dimensions of the subject, starting with the essential meaning of both subcontracting and the financial performance, In addition to the diagnosis of the financial performance using the evolutive analysis of profitability indicator and cost effectiveness, And to know nature of the relation ship between the selected dependent variables on one hand, which are: (rate of return on assets, rate of return on investment and rate of return on sales); and on the other hand, the independent variables which are considered as determinants for relying on subcontracting which are : (asset growth rate, degree of relying on subcontracting).To know relation ship between the two above mentioned variables and tasting the hypothesis of the study. The results of the practical study have shown that subcontracting is considered as one of the most elements on which the commanding enterprise "sonelgas" relies on to do business And they are the most influential factors in improving financial performance during the study period
