دور أسواق الأوراق المالية العربية في التنمية الاقتصادية

Résumé: أكدت العديد من الدراسات التطبيقية الحديثة عن العلاقة الوطيدة التي تربط رأس المال بمعدلات النمو الاقتصادي وبصفة عامة يمكن القول أن أسواق المال تقوم بدفع التنمية الاقتصادية والنمو الاقتصادي من خلال قيامها بعدد من الوظائف كتعبئة المدخرات وتمويل النشاط الإنتاجي ، زيادة تخصيص الموارد ، رفع معدلات إنتاجية الاستثمار ، زيادة حجم الاستثمارات وغيرها ، الا ان الرؤيا لم تكن واضحة لآثر سوق الأوارق المالية العربية على النشاط الاقتصادي في الدول العربية. بهذا جاءت فرضية الدراسة على انه بالرغم من وجود علاقة وطيدة تربط أسواق المال بمعدلات النمو الاقتصادي وعملية التنمية الاقتصادية إلا أن هناك ضعفا وعدم فاعلية لهذه العلاقة بالنسبة لسوق الأوراق المالية العربية . Abstract Many modern applied studies had asserted on the strong relationship that connect between the capital and averages of the economic development. Generally we can say that the financial markets are pushing toward the economic development and growth through perform a number of tasks such as savings mobilization, financing productive activities, Increasing allocation of resources, raising rates of investment productivity, increasing the volumes of investment, and other. But this vision was not clear because of impact of Arabic Stock Exchanging on economic activity in Arabic . Based on the above, hypothesis of the study showed there is weakness and ineffectiveness relationship between capital markets of rates of economic growth and the process of economic development for Arabic stock exchanging
