دور مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لدى الوكالات السياحية موقع "فايسبوك" نموذجا

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي فايسبوك في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لدى الوكالات السياحية. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على إستبيان تم توزيعه إلكترونيا على (100) موظف لدى مختلف الوكالات،حيث تم إسترجاع (42) إستبيان صالح للتحليل، و تم تحليل البيانات بإستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS. وبعد إختبار الفرضيات توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إستخدام الوكالات السياحية لفايسبوك له دور في تعزيز ميزتها التنافسية من خلال بعدي الجودة و الإستجابة، أما بعد التكلفة فتوصلنا إلى أن إستخدام الفايسبوك في الوكالات لا يؤثر على ميزة التكلفة. The current study aims to identify the role of social networking site Facebook in enhancing the competitive advantage of tourism agencies. To achieve the objective of the study, a survey distributed electronically to (100) employees of various agencies was relied upon, where 42 surveys were recovered fit for analysis, and the data were analyzed using the Statistical Program SPSS. After testing hypotheses, the study found that the use of Facebook by tourism agencies has a role in enhancing their competitive advantage through the quality and response dimensions. In matter of cost, using Facebook is affect less.
