Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الوقوف على التعريف بظاهرة التنمر الجنسي الالكتروني قانونيا كجريمة في قانون التشريع الجزائري و كذا التعمق في سمات المنحرف النرجسي كمبتز جنسي الكتروني و الالمام بمعرفة كيفية إمكانية تغييب العقل المنطقي بالوقوع كضحايا للمنحرف النرجسي بسهولة من خلال ابراز مراحل وخطوات الاستدراج العاطفي لضحايا التنمر الالكتروني وكذا علاقة الإدمان على الانترنت بعمل قوانين العقل الباطن، اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي للغوص في عمق مضامين أساليب المنحرف النرجسي للابتزاز الجنسي كمحاولة لفهم عملية التفعيل العكسي الإيجابي لعمل الاليات الدفاعية لضحايا التنمر الالكتروني ،خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من المراحل الخاصة بالاستدراج العاطفي التي يستخدمها المنحرف النرجسي للإطاحة بالضحايا نحو الاستدراج الجنسي، كما تم التطرق لمجموعة من قوانين العقل الباطن المهمة في فهم عملية تغييب عقل ضحايا المنحرف النرجسي، وكذا كيفية عمل العقل الواعي بجزأيه المنطقي و العاطفي الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمر الالكتروني الجنسي – الجريمة الالكترونية – الاستدراج العاطفي-الابتزاز العاطفي الجنسي – العقل الباطن وآلياته – النرجسي المنحرف الجنسي Abstract: The current study aimed to legally identify the phenomenon of sexual cyberbullying as a crime in the Algerian Legislative Code, as well as to deepen the characteristics of the narcissistic deviant as an electronic sexual extortionist, and to know how the logical mind can be obscured. by falling easily as a victim of the narcissistic deviant by highlighting the stages and stages of the emotional solicitation of the victims of electronic harassment, as well as the relationship of Internet addiction with the work of the laws of the unconscious, the researcher is based on the inductive and deductive approach to deepen the content of the deviant narcissistic methods of sexual extortion as an attempt to understand the positive reverse activation of the work of the defense mechanisms of victims of cyberbullying. The study came out with a set of stages of emotional solicitation used by the narcissistic deviant to turn victims into sexual solicitation, and a set of subconscious laws important to understanding the mind alienation process of the deviant's victims. narcissist were also discussed. , as well as the functioning of the conscious mind in its logical and emotional parts.
