"أثر القيادة التحويلية على المواطنة التنظيمية للعاملين دراسة لعينة من الموظفين في قطاع تعليم العالي"

Résumé: الملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر القيادة التحويلية على المواطنة التنظيمية للعاملين وقد تمت الدراسة على عينة من موظفي قطاع التعليم العالي بجامعة الوادي " حمة لخضر " حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي وتم استخدام الاستبيانة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات ، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 30 موظف- ، وقد توصلت الدراسـة لـعـدد مـن النتائج أهمها انـه هنـاك تـوافـر للقيادة التحويلية في مؤسسة محل الدراسة ؛ اضافة الى توافر لتطبيق لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى العاملين في مؤسسة محل الدراسة ؛ كما أثر للقيادة التحويلية بأبعادها ( التأثير المثالي أو الكاريزمي ؛ التحفيز الملهم ؛ التشجيع الإبداعي والاستثارة الفكرية ؛ الاهتمام الـفـردي أو مراعاة مشاعر الأفراد ؛ تمكين العاملين ) على المواطنة التنظيمية حسب وجهة نظر موظفي جامعة الواديSummary : The study aimed to find out the impact of transformative leadership on the development citizenship of workers and the study was carried out on a sample of employees of the higher education sector at The Valley University " Hama Lakhdar " where we relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire was used to collect data and information , and applied the study to a random sample of 30 employees , and the study reached a number of results , the most important of which is that there is a availability of transformative leadership in the institution in question ; In addition to the availability of an application of organizational citizenship behaviour among the employees of the institution in question
