Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال لدراسة استراتيجية منظمة حلف شمال الأطلسي الذي تكيف مع الوضع الدولي لما بعد الحرب الباردة بتطوير هياكله وتوسيع أهدافه وتبني استراتيجية أمنية جديدة تتماشى و البيئة الدولية الجديدة في منطقة المتوسط، والتي أصبحت تعتبر مجالا جديدا لاهتمام الحلف في مواجهة التهديدات الأمنية المتمثلة خاصة في الهجرة غير الشرعية، الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة، وعليه شرع الحلف بإقامة ترتيبات امنية بهدف القضاء على مصادر هذه التهديدات متمثلة أساسا في الحوار الأطلسي المتوسطي لدعم الأمن والاستقرار في المتوسط. The aim of this article is to study the strategy of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), which is adapted to the post-Cold War international situation, to develop its structures, expand its objectives and adopt a new security strategy in line with the new international environment in the Mediterranean region.
