Résumé: تعالج الدراسة دور الإتصال المسؤول في تنشيط العمل التطوعي و واقع الإتصال المسؤول في الجمعية و هدفت للكشف عن الدور الذي يلعبه المسؤول في تنشيط العمل التطوعي و بالتحديد بجمعيات ولاية سوق أهراس باعتبار أن الإتصال المسؤول هو أسلوب تعتمده الجمعيات في القيام بأنشطتها ، حيث تم الإستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي كأسلوب لتقصي الحقائق الميدانية على عينة من المنخرطين بالجمعية و المقدرة بــ : (60) فردا بالإعتماد على الإستمارة كأداة لدراستنا، حيث أسفرت عن النتائج التالية: - أن العامل الأساسي الذي دفع للمشاركة في العمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة هو العمل من أجل الصالح العام، - إن الإتصال المسؤول يعمل على إبراز دور البيئة و المجتمع داخل التنظيم، - توجد عوائق تنظيمية مرتبطة مباشرة بالجمعية و كيفية تنظيم أنشطتها بالدرجة الأولى. Abstract: The study deals with the role of responsible communication in activating volunteer work and the reality of responsible communication in the association. It aimed to reveal the role played by the official in activating volunteer work, specifically in the associations of the state of Souk Ahras, given that responsible communication is a method adopted by associations in carrying out their activities, where the descriptive approach was used. As a field fact-finding method - on a sample of those involved in the association, estimated at: (60) individuals, based on a questionnaire for the study, Where its results indicated: - The main factor that prompted participation in volunteer work from the point of view of the sample is work for the common good, - The responsible communication works to highlight the role of the environment and society within the organization, - There are organizational obstacles directly related to the association and how to organize primarily its activities.
