توجيه ظواهر الرسم عند الإمام الطاهر بن عاشور من خلال تفسيره التحرير و التنوير
Résumé: "الحمد لله رب العالمين و الصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، وبعد: تناول هذا البحث الموسوم بــ: ""توجيه ظواهر الرسم عند الإمام الطاهر بن عاشور من خلال تفسيره التحرير والتنوير"" بيان عناية الإمام الطاهر بن عاشور بتوجيه ظواهر الرسم العثماني، وذلك من خلال طرح الإشكال الرئيسي: ما القيمة العلمية لتوجيهات الإمام بن عاشور لظواهر الرسم من خلال كتابه التحرير والتنوير؟ وللإجابة على هذا الإشكال قمنا بالتعريف الإمام بن عاشور، مع إبراز انشغالاته بتوجيه ظواهر الرسم، ثم تطرقنا إلى دراسة جهوده من خلال توجيه هذه الظواهر من حذف وبدل وزيادة وقطع ووصل، وتقسيم هذا البحث إلى أربعة مباحث، عرّفنا في المبحث الأول: بإمام بن عاشور وكتابه التحرير والتنوير، وخصصنا الثاني لـلتعريف بالرسم العثماني وظواهره، أمّا المبحث الثالث فكان لموقف المؤلِّف من توجيه ظواهر الرسم، والمبحث الرابع والأخير تناولنا فيه توجيهات المؤلِّف لظواهر الرسم من خلال نماذج مختارة. وخلصنا في الأخير إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أنّ للإمام بن عاشور جهود كبيرة وجبّارة في توجيه وتعليل ظواهر الرسم العثماني، ومن أهم التوصيات، الدعوة إلى الاعتناء أكثر بتوجيه ظواهر الرسم العثماني من خلال تفسير بن عاشور، فما قدمناه إنّا هو قطرة من بحر.
