الإسلام بين التبني والتخلي في مشروع الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية ميثاق الصومام انموذج

Résumé: يعد الإسلام واحدا من أهم مقومات المجتمع الجزائري والمحرك الأساسي والمسير الروحي له، حيث لعب دورا هاما وبارزا في مسيرة الثورة الجزائرية سواءا على المستوى الشعبي الجماهيري: إذ كان الجهاد السبب رئيسي في التحاق مختلف شرائح الشعب بركب الثورة، أو على مستوى القيادة: التي أولت له عنابة بالغة خاصة في مواثيقها وأدبياتها ونصوصها، والتي أخترنا من بينها ميثاق الصومام تحديدا كموضوع للدراسة، لاتهامه بالانحراف عن بيان أول نوفمبر 1954 والتخلي عن الإسلام كأحد أطر الدولة الجزائرية المزمع إنشاؤها، وكذا لإنكاره "الصفة الدينية" عن الكفاح الوطني، ويعزو هؤلاء هذا التخلي الى التحاق أقلام ذات توجه ماركسي يساري بركب الثورة لا تؤمن لا بالإسلام ولا بالانتماء ومحاولتهم سحب البساط من قادتها الأوائل، في حين يذهب البعض الاخر الى أن ميثاق الصومام حاول ابعاد الشبهة عن الثورة الجزائرية وتكذيب الشائعات الفرنسية القائلة بأنها حرب دينية قائمة على أساس التعصب الديني، وبهذا يكون الصومام قد أثار إشكالية في غاية الخطورة حول عقيدة الثورة الجزائرية وهويتها الدينية، هذه الأخيرة التي حسمت من البداية من طرف بيان أول نوفمبر 1954.Islam is considered as the core component of the Algerian society and the driving spirit of it: it played an important role in the liberation revolution regarding the people and society at that time :for what is called ;Jihad was the trigger that pushed people of all categories to take part in the battle against the French colony . Also regarding the commandment that gave it a priority in its legislations and laws from which we chose to talk about in our detailed research ;the Soummam Conference which was accused of being deviated from first November’s 1954 charter and the neglect of Islam as one part of the Identity .It was accused of denying that the fight against France was not a matter of religion and therefore belittled and humiliated Islam .Those people who claimed that explained that view by joining the revolution some Marxist following pens that do not believe in Islam and belonging to it at all and the try to take the place of its first leaders. Some others tried to make the mislead the French people who say that Algerian revolution is based on religious sectarianism. so islam was a problematic issue and so complicated concerning the Algerian faith and its religious identity which was finally put to an end with the first of November’s 1954 Charter
