تقييم جودة الخدمة العمومية في المستشفيات الجزائرية
Résumé: : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة الخدمة العمومية في المستشفيات الجزائرية، و ذلك من خلال دراسة واقع جودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية لمدينة مغنية »شعبان حمدون« ومدى تأثيرها على رضا المريض، بالاعتماد على أبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية، و قد تمكنت هذه الدراسة من التوصل إلى أن المريض راضي على جميع الأبعاد ( الملموسية، الاعتمادية، الاستجابة، الضمان، التعاطف) ، كذلك قدمت هذه الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي من شأنها رفع كفاءة و فعالية الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية لمدينة مغنية و المتعلقة بتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمرضى. This study aims to assess the quality of public service in the Algerian hospitals, and by studying the reality of the quality of health services in Establishment and Public Hospital in the city of maghnia « chabane Hamdoun » and its impact on patient satisfaction, depending on the quality of health services dimensions, and this study has been able to reach the patient Radi on all dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, security, empathy), as well as this study has provided a set of recommendations that would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by the Establishment and Public Hospital in the city of maghnia and to improve the quality of health services provided for patients.
