إنعكاسات نمط السكن الاجتماعي عـلى جودة حياة الأسـرة -مدينة عـلي منجلي الجديدة أنموذجًا-

Résumé: لطالما درس علماء الاجتماع الحضري وحتى تخصصات أخرى انعكاسات نمط السكن العمودي، يوضّح هذا المقال أنّه أصبحت لدى قاطني السكنات الاجتماعية حتمية التغيير والتبديل أو التعديل، مما يؤكد انعكاسات البيئة المبنية على الناس، لذلك كان لزامًا في وقت أصبح الحديث عن "الجودة" يلازم كل مجال منها "جودة الحياة الحضرية" دراسة هذا الجانب على اعتبار أنّ الانسان جودة حياته، وعلاقاته وتفاعلاته الاجتماعية في محيطه الحضري محور أساسي في الإنتاج السكني والمدينة ككل. فجدلية العلاقة بين الانسان والمدينة إنما محورها السكن والبيئة الحضرية التي تتطلب توفير احتياجات ومتطلبات الصحة والراحة والأمان لقاطنيه بما تتضمنه من قيم اجتماعية وثقافية. نهدف من خلال الدراسة الراهنة تحديد الانعكاسات التي يحدثها السكن الاجتماعي على جودة حياة قاطنيه، وذلك في الوحدة الجوارية رقم (06) بمدينة علي منجلي الجديدة، حيث نجد أنّ الخصائص الفيزيقية للمسكن تساهم في تدني جودة الاستخدام الوظيفي للمسكن وتضعف جودة العلاقات الاجتماعية (الجيرة - القرابة) داخل مجالها الأسري. Urban sociologists and even other disciplines have always studied the repercussions of the vertical housing pattern. This article shows that the residents of social housing have become inevitably changing, altering or modifying, which confirms the repercussions of the built environment on people, so it was necessary at a time when talking about “quality” became associated with every field. Including "Urban Quality of Life", the study of this aspect on the grounds that man's quality of life, his relationships and his social interactions in his urban environment is a fundamental axis in housing production and the city as a whole. The dialectic of the relationship between man and the city is centered on housing and the urban environment, which requires providing the needs and requirements of health, comfort and safety for its residents, including social and cultural values. Through the current study, we aim to determine the repercussions of social housing on the quality of life of its residents, in the neighborhood unit No. (06) in the new city of Ali Mingli) within her family domain.
