Les Interactions Verbales En Entreprise Sous Le Prisme De La Question Du Genre

Résumé: Dans le cadre de notre thèse de doctorat, nous proposons de pénétrer dans le champ de recherche « langue et travail » par l’observation et l’analyse des interactions entre hommes et femmes en situation de travail : les réunions. L’intégration du facteur genre dans notre étude sur les interactions verbales en entreprise est une démarche sans précédent en Algérie et c’est ce qui participe à l’originalité de notre étude. En nous inscrivant dans une approche interactionniste de la politesse à travers les modèles théoriques de Brown et Levingson (1978 et 1987) et de Kerbrat-Orecchioni (2005), nous ambitionnons de mieux comprendre comment les rapports de pouvoir s’expriment, se maintiennent et se négocient entre locuteurs de sexe lors de réunions de travail. A cette fin, nous porterons une attention prépondérante à l’utilisation genrée de certains actes de langage dont l’emploi particulier est considéré comme un indice pertinent d’accomplissement d’un ordre interactionnel entre interlocuteurs ou de ce qu’on appelle un rapport de place. Il s’agira pour nous d’articuler ensemble l’identité professionnelle et l’identité sexuelle de nos locuteurs dans le cadre d’échanges discursifs plus ou moins formels, ritualisés et soumis à des normes et enjeux professionnels particuliers. As part of our doctoral thesis, we propose to enter the research field "language and work" by observing and analyzing the interactions between men and women in the workplace. The integration of the gender factor in our study on verbal interactions in companies is an unprecedented approach in Algeria and this is what contributes to the originality of our study. By subscribing to an interactionist approach to politeness through the theoretical models of Brown and Levingson (1978 and 1987) and Kerbrat-Orecchioni (2005), we aim to better understand how power relationships are expressed, maintained and negotiated between speakers of different sexe in a professional situation and more specifically during work meetings. To this end, we will pay preponderant attention to the gendered use of certain speech acts, the particular use of which is considered to be a relevant indication of the accomplishment of an interactional order or of what is called a place relationship between interlocutors. It will be a question for us of articulating together the professional identity and the sexual identity of our speakers within the framework of discursive exchanges more or less formal, ritualized and subjected to standards and particular professional stakes.نقترح إدخال حقل "اللغة والعمل" في مجال البحث من خالل مالحظة وتحليل التفاعالت بين الرجال والنساء في مكان العمل: االجتماعات. إن دمج العامل الجنساني في دراستنا حول التفاعالت اللفظية في الشركات هو نهج غير مسبوق في الجزائر وهذا ما يساهم في أصالة دراستنا. من خالل االشتراك في نهج تفاعلي تجاه المداراة من خالل النماذج النظرية لبراون وليفينغسون )1978 و 1987 )وكيربات أوريتشيو ني )2005 ، )فإننا نهدف إلى فهم أفضل لكيفية التعبير عن عالقات القوة والحفاظ عليها وصيانتها. التفاوض بين المتحدثين من مختلف الجنسين في وضع ا لهذه الغاية ، سوف نولي اهتما ًما كبي ًرا باالستخدام الجنساني أثناء اجتماعات العمل. تحقيقً مهني وبشكل أكثر تحديداً ألفعال معينة في الكالم ، والتي يعتبر استخدامها الخاص بمثابة إشارة ذات صلة بإنجاز ترتيب تفاعلي أو ما يسمى عالقة المكان بين سيكون السؤال بالنسبة لنا هو توضيح الهوية المهنية والهوية الجنسية للمتحدثين لدينا في إطار التبادالت الخطية الرسمية بشكل أو بآخر مع مراعاة المعايير والمخاطر المهنية الخاصة.
