محددات الرغبة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة الجامعيين باستخدام نموذج النمو الخطي

Résumé: هدفت دراستنا لتسليط الضوء على الرغبة المقاولاتية في الوسط الجامعي و بالأخص لدى الطلبة الجامعيين الذي يمثل العنصر الفعال و المحرك الدافع بعجلة التنمية الاقتصادية لكل الشعوب و عبر كل الأزمنة، و لدى نرى أن الشعوب الحية تستثمر في الفرد من خلال توفير كل المستلزمات التي تساهم في اقتصاد راقي و خلق مصادر للنمو. ولدى ارتأت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الرغبة المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، حيث حاولنا معرفة ما مدى تطور رغبتهم المقاولاتية خلال مسارهم الدراسي، بالتالي تم أخذ عينة من طلبة جامعيين المقدرة بـ 220 طالب، اعتمادنا على 200 طالب، و لمعرفة الاجابة على هذا التساؤل استعملنا نموذج النمو الخطي Growth Curve Model بالاعتماد على برنامج AMOS، الذي يعتمد في تحليله على المعادلات الهيكلية التي تسمح بتحليل المتغيرات المعنوية، حيث خلصت الدراسة بوجود تطور زمني للرغبة المقاولاتية للطلبة الجامعيين من مسار لأخر. Our study aimed to shed light on the entrepreneurial intention of the university community, especially among university students, which represents the effective element and the engine of the economic development of all peoples and through all times. And when this study sought to shed light on the entrepreneurial intention of university students, where we sought to know the extent of the development of their entrepreneurial intention during their academic career, so a sample of university students estimated at 220 students been taken, we relied on 200 students, and to find the answer to this question, we used the growth curve model based on the AMOS program, which relies in its analysis on the structural equations that allow the analysis of significant variables
