Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن المستدامة في قياس وتقييم الأداء البيئي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في إطار تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها المختلفة خاصة البعد البيئي، ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية تبين أهمية تطبيق واستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن المستدامة ذات البعد البيئي المضاف كأداة إستراتيجية حديثة وفعالة في قياس وتقييم الأداء البيئي لمؤسسة إسمنت- تبسه من خلال الاعتماد على مجموعة من المؤشرات البيئية التي تعطي للمؤسسة صورة شاملة وحقيقية عن أدائها البيئي بما يساعدها على تصحيح مسارها البيئي بما يتلاءم والمحافظة على البيئة وحمايتها من التلوث من خلال الحد من الآثار السلبية الصحية والبيئية الناتجة عن مختلف الأنشطة والعمليات الإنتاجية بها للوصول لتحقيق الجودة والتميز وضمان بقاءها وإستمراراها في ظل المنافسة الشديدة المحلية منها والدولية. This study aimed to highlight the role of a sustainable balanced scorecard in measuring and evaluating the environmental performance of economic institutions in the context of achieving sustainable development in its various dimensions, especially the environmental dimension, and through the field study it shows the importance of applying and using the sustainable balanced scorecard with the added environmental dimension as a modern and effective strategic tool in measuring And assessing the environmental performance of Cement-Tebze by relying on a set of environmental indicators that give the institution a comprehensive and real picture of its environmental performance.In a way that helps it to correct its environmental path in a way that is compatible with preserving the environment and protecting it from pollution by limiting the negative health and environmental effects resulting from the various productive activities and processes in order to achieve quality and excellence and ensure its survival and continuity in light of the intense local and international competition.
