Résumé: The French occupation of Algeria was a military and colonial occupation, based on the exploitation of land and human beings together, to achieve the idea of immortality and to remain forever on Algerian soil, by settling through the reconstruction of Algerian land by French and European people. To ensure the success of this colonial policy, conditions and climate must be created by providing the land for newcomers by evacuating the fertile places inhabited by the inhabitants
