دور المنظومة البنكية في إدارة الازمات المالية في الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور بنك الجزائر في إدارة الازمة المالية إثر تداعيات أزمة انخفاض النفط 2014، الذي انهارت أسعاره إلى ما دون 50 دولار للبرميل وهو ما أثر على السياسة النقدية للدولة، وتعتبر السياسة النقدية أحد الركائز التي تقوم عليها السياسة الاقتصادية. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحقيق الاستقرار النقدي في الجزائر يكون عن طريق التغيرات في معدلات نمو الكتلة النقدية، كما أن البنك الجزائري يؤثر بشكل مباشر على المعرض النقدي، ويعتمد على معدل إعادة الخصم، ومعدل الاحتياطي القانوني في التأثير على السيولة The study aimed to know the role of the Algerian Bank in managing the financial crisis liquidity following the fallout from the oil crisis on 2014، where prices collapsed to below 50 dollars per barrel،which affected the state’s monetary policy، as monetary policy considered one of the pillars upon which economic policy is based. Where the study concluded that achieving monetary stability in Algerian is through changes in the growth rates of the monetary mass، and that the Algerian bank directly affects the monetary exhibition، and depends on the rediscount rate and the legal reserve rate in affecting liquidity
