Résumé: أصدرت لجنة بازل مقرّرات تتضمن متطلبات وعوامل يقوم عليها نظام الحوكمة في المؤسسات المصرفية، حيث باتت معظم الدول ترتكز عليها وتعمل بمقتضاها وفق أفضل الممارسات الدولية من أجل التخفيف من المخاطر المحتملة أو تجنبها حفاظاً على سلامة انظمتها المصرفية. لهذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى تحليل مؤشرات النسب المالية لتقييم برامج عصرنة نظام الرقابة والاشراف المصرفي المعتمدة من طرف بنك الجزائر في ظل تطبيق متطلبات الحوكمة المصرفية للجنة بازل، حيث شكلت هذه الأخيرة تطورا كبيرا في مجال الرقابة المصرفية وثقافة جديدة في إدارة المخاطر المصرفية.
