Résumé: This study includes highlighting the Impact of the governance on the financial performance of NEFTAL foundation – GPL OEB- unit, Tougourt. The study relied on the descriptive approach, through the distribution of a questionnaire on a sample of (35) employees in the foundation under study, which includes (3) axes : the first axes is presented in personal data, the second axes is about the independent variable (principles and mechanisms of governance) measures (05) dimensions : responsibilities of the board of directors, disclosure and transparency, internal audit, external audit and risk management, while the third axes related to the dependent variable ( financial performance of foundation) ; questionnaire data was processed by using SPSS program. The study concluded that the principles and mechanisms of governance positively Impact the financial performance of NEFTAL foundation- GPL OEB- unit
