Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر جرائم8 ماي 1945 من أبشع الجرائم الدولية، التي ارتكبها الاستعمار الفرنسي بكل وحشية في الجزائر ضد مدنيين عزل، يظهر ذلك بجلاء من خلال استعراض بعض الأحداث في ولايات معينة. إذا كان من الأهمية تحديد الطبيعة القانونية لهذه الجرائم وفقا لأحكام القانون الدولي، والتي تشمل وصفين مختلفين: جرائم إبادة جماعية وجرائم ضد الإنسانية، مما يجعلها بحق جرائم دولية بأرقى المقاييس، فإن ربطها بحلقة البحث في إمكانية تقرير المسؤولية الدولية لفرنسا تحمل ذات الأهمية. The crimes of May 8, 1945 are considered as one of the most heinous international crimes, committed by the brutal French colonialism in Algeria, against defenseless civilians. This is clearly demonstrated by reviewing some events in certain regions. If it is important to determine the legal nature of these crimes in accordance with the provisions of international law, which include two different descriptions: genocide and crimes against humanity, which makes them truly international crimes of the highest standards, then linking them to the research link in the possibility of determining the international responsibility of France bears the same importance.
