مدى إسهام التعليم الإلكتروني في ضمان الجودة داخل كليات الحقوق

Résumé: الملخــص لقد بلغ التقدم التكنولوجي وتزايد في شتى مجالات النواحي التعليمية, وأثر على مؤسسات التعليم العالي وبخاصة كليات الحقوق. وللوقوف على مدى إسهام التعليم الإلكتروني في ضمان الجودة داخل كليات الحقوق؛ أثرنا البحث عن ماهية التعليم الإلكتروني, والصعوبات التي تواجه العملية التعليمة الإلكترونية, وماهية الجودة الأكاديمية, ومعايير ضمان الجودة, ومتطلبات ضمان الجودة والحصول على الاعتماد في قطاع الدراسات القانونية, من خلال التعرض إلى متطلبات جودة التعليم القانوني الإلكتروني على مستوى طالب كلية الحقوق, وعضو هيئة التدريس كلية الحقوق, والمناهج المقررة بكليات الحقوق, إضافة إلى سلامة تطبيق معايير الجودة, فضلا عن برامج العيادة القانونية, بهدف إلى نظام جودة عالمي للعملية التعليمية على مستوى طالب العلم والمعلم والمنهج المقرر داخل كليات الحقوق. Abstract Technological progress has increased in various areas of education, and has affected higher education institutions, particularly law schools. And to assess the contribution of e-learning to quality assurance within the faculties of law. We have examined the nature of e-learning, the difficulties encountered in the electronic teaching process, the quality of academic quality, the quality assurance standards, the requirements of quality assurance and accreditation in the legal studies sector through exposure to the quality requirements of e-legal education at the law student level, Teaching the Faculty of Law, the curricula of the faculties of law, in addition to the safety of applying the quality standards, as well as the legal clinic programs, aiming at a global quality system for the educational process at the level of the student of science and teacher and the curriculum within the faculties of law.
