Résumé: الملخص : تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة دور وأهمية تنمية صفة السرعة في تحسين الأداء لدى لاعبي كرة اليد، صنف أشبال(14_15سنة)، وتقييم صفة السرعة من خلال أداء لاعبي كرة اليد و معرفة أهمية السرعة في أداء المهارات الهجومية والدفاعية في كرة اليد مع التأكيد على كيفية توظيفها عند الاستحواذ على الكرى وفقدانها. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ما مدى تأثير صفة السرعة على مردود لاعبي كرة اليد؟ أما منهجية الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي باستعمال أداة الاستبيان واختيار عينة مقصودة تتكون من 08 مدربين ثم توزيع الاستبيان عليهم، ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها توصلنا إلى أن صفة السرعة لها دور فعال وايجابي في تحسين أداء لاعبي كرة اليد. Abstract: The study aims to know the role and importance of developing speed in improving the performance of handball players, cubs category (14-15 years), where the field study of coaches in Biskra state cubs category. Highlighting the importance and role of speed in improving the performance of handball players and evaluating the character of speed through the performance of handball players and knowing the importance of speed in the performance of offensive and defensive skills in handball with an emphasis on how to employ it when acquiring and losing the ball. The problem of the study was to what extent the effect of speed on the return of handball players? As for the study methodology, we used the descriptive approach by using the questionnaire tool and selecting an intended sample consisting of 08 coaches, then distributing the questionnaire to them.
