السياسة الجزائرية تجاه ظاىرة الاجانب
Résumé: متناولت هذه الدراسة لسياسة الجزائر اتجاه ظاهرة الاجانب وذلك من خلال التطرق الى مفهوم الاجنبي واصنافهم مع التركيز على المهاجرين واللاجئين بعتبارهم حالات خاصة من الاجانب والتطرق الى المعاهدات الدولية والوطنية المنظمة لهذه الظاهرة مع التركيز على مدى تاثيرها على المستوى المحلي والاسباب التي جعلت من الجزائر قبلة للاجانب وخاصة الافارقة الذين جعلوا من البلاد مركز عبور الى اوروبا وهذا بسبب موقعها الجغرافي و منهم من استقر بها لأسباب اقتصادية وهربا من الظروف الأمينة في بلادهم والاليات الرسية والغير رسمية المعتمدة من الحكومة لتعامل مع هذه الظاهرة .This study dealt with Algeria’s policy towards the phenomenon of foreigners, by addressing the concept of the foreigner and their types, with a focus on immigrants and refugees as special cases of foreigners, and addressing the international and national treaties regulating this phenomenon, with a focus on the extent of its impact on the local level and the reasons that made Algeria a destination for foreigners, especially The Africans who made the country a transit center to Europe and this is because of its geographical location, and some of them settled there for economic reasons and to escape the safe conditions in their countries and the official and unofficial mechanisms approved by the government to deal with this phenomenon.
