مسؤولية محافظ الحسابات في الحد من ممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من محافظي الحسابات في ولاية ورقلة وبسكرة افريل 2018

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسةإلى تحديد مسؤولية محافظ الحسابات تجاه ممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية في البيئة الجزائرية،من خلالتقييممدىالتزاممحافظي الحساباتلمسؤوليتهمالمهنية،ومدىتوافرالكفاءةالعلميةوالعمليةوالخبرةالمهنيةلديهم،ومدىقدرتهم فياكتشافممارساتالمحاسبةالإبداعية، وإستبعادها من محتوى القوائم المالية،ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة من محافظي الحسابات من خلال تصميم إستمارةإستبيان، حيث بلغت 24إستمارة قابلة للتحليل وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: إن محافظ الحسابات مسؤول على إكتشافممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية في القوائم المالية، والحد من آثارها.This study aimed at determining the responsibility of the governor of accounts towards the creative accounting practices in the Algerian environment,from assessing the governor of accounts' compliance with their professional responsibility,the availability of scientific and practical competence and professional experience, and their ability to discover creative accounting practicesand to exclude them from the content of the financial statements. To achieve this objective, we conducted a field study of a sample of the accountants through the design of a questionnaire form, which reached 24 forms that can be analyzed. The study reached a number of results, the most important of whichare: The governor of accounts is responsible for discovering creative accounting practices in the financial statements, and reducing their effects.
