دور الاعلام الجزائري في التصدي للجريمة السيبرانية قناة النهار انموذجا

Résumé: نهدف في هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي يلعبه الاعلام الجزائري في التصدي للجريمة السيبرانية، ونظرا لصعوبة أخذ كل وسائل الاعلام التي تقوم بهذا الدور في الجزائر اخترنا أحد القنوات الخاصة الجزائرية، وهي قناة النهار من خلال برنامج "تحريات" الذي هو برنامج أسبوعي يبث كل يوم ثلاثاء على الساعة 21:30 ليلا، ويعاد بثه يوم الأحد. يقوم البرنامج بتشجيع الضحايا على ابلاغ مصالح الأمن للحد من الجريمة السيبرانية. كما يحمل البرنامج رسالة ضمنية إلى كل من يريد ارتكاب أي جريمة سيبرانية فان مصيره سيكون بين قبضة رجال الأمن. وأيضا يجب توخي الحيطة والحذر في التعامل مع مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي أصبحت مصرحا للجريمة السيبرانية في وقتنا الحالي. In this study, we aim to know the role played by the Algerian media in addressing cybercrime, and given the difficulty of taking all the media that play this role in Algeria, we chose one of the Algerian private channels, which is Al-Nahar TV through the “Inquiries” program, which is a weekly program broadcast every day Tuesdays at 21:30 at night, and it will be re-broadcast on Sundays. The program encourages victims to report to security services to reduce cybercrime. The program also carries an implicit message to anyone who wants to commit any cyber crime, as his fate will be in the hands of the security men. Also, caution must be exercised in dealing with social networking sites, which have become a platform for cybercrime today.
