دور التصديق الإلكتروني في حماية التوقيع الإلكتروني في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: نظرا لدور جهات التصديق الإلكتروني قام المشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون 15/04 بوضع وتحديد شروط والتزامات وكذا مسؤولية تقع على عاتق مؤدي خدمات التصديق الإلكتروني، حتى يحظى التصديق الإلكتروني بأهمية بالغة في مجال التعاملات الإلكترونية، فهو يوفر بيئة إلكترونية آمنة ومضمونة للأفراد المتعاملين عبر الانترنت. وذلك عن طريق إصدار شهادة التصديق الإلكتروني فهي تقوم بتأكيد شخصية المرسل والتحقق من صحة التوقيع الإلكتروني ونسبته إلى شخص معين فهي تعمل على بث الثقة لدى المتعاملين. الكلمات المفتاحية: المحرر الإلكتروني، التوقيع الإلكتروني، التصديق الإلكتروني، شهادة التصديق. Abstract: In view of the role of the electronic certification bodies, the Algerian legislator, through Law 15/04, established and defined conditions and obligations, as well as the responsibility of the electronic certification services provider, so that electronic certification is of great importance in the field of electronic transactions, as it provides a safe and secure electronic environment for individuals dealing via the Internet. And that is by issuing an electronic certification certificate, as it confirms the identity of the sender and verifies the authenticity of the electronic signature and its attribution to a specific person, as it works to spread confidence among the dealers.
