دور الزكاة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية - دراسة حالة صندوق الزكاة بولاية الوادي 2005-2015
Résumé: يهتم هذا الموضوع بدراسة دور الزكاة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية والتي تعتبر من إحدى الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية،وتوضح الدراسة الدور الذي تلعبه الزكاة الذي تلعبه الزكاة في التأثير على المتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتي أضحت من عناصر التمويل المهمة، في ظل توالي الكثير من الأزمات الاقتصادية وبالتالي أصبح لزاما على الدولة أن تتولى أمر تحصيلها وصرفها. ويعتبر صندوق الزكاة لولاية الوادي الإطار المؤسسي الذي اعتمدنا عليه في الجانب التطبيقي لهذه الدراسة والذي من شأنه أن يكون أداة للتخفيف من البطالة والفقر عبر دعم المشروعات الصغيرة التي تخلق مناصب شغل في قطاعات اقتصادية متعددة . This study deals with the role of zakat in achieving local development Which is one of the basic pillars for achieving economic development . The study shows the role of ZaKat in influencing the economic and social variables that have become Important elements of funding. Due to the crises and unemployment became necessary for the state to take charge of it is collection and disbursement the Zakat fund of the state of EL OUED is considered the institutional framework that we adopted in the practical aspect of this study. Which is a tool that can alleviate unemployment and poverty by supporting small projects that close jobs in multiple economic sectors
