Analyse Tridimensionnelle Du Comportement En Rupture Des Structures Assemblées Par Soudage
Résumé: The fatigue life of welded joints is strongly affected by the presence of stress concentration associated with welds. The zones of crack initiation are in correspondence with that incident geometric cord or with defect. The objective of this study is to analyze numerically by the finite element method the distribution and level of thermal stresses induced in a ferritic matrix by the mechanism of precipitation of type compounds Fe2C resulting from the welding process. The effect of porosity formed during the welding process on the distribution and level of stress induced in a matrix in close vicinity of this defect were studied. The analysis of the distribution of these stresses and their intensity in the center of the distance between defects is great importance for determining the durability of a welded joint. Simulating the interaction of defects can be explained by the probable presence of these defects in the weld.
