التحول الرقمي خلال جائحة كورونا وما بعدها

Résumé: الملخص: أدى انتشار كرورنا في معظم أرجاء العالم إلى تزايد الاهتمام بأنماط العمل من والتواصل عن بعد، في وقت تعاظمت فيه أهمية الرقمنة التي تمكّن الأفراد والمؤسسات من الاستمرار في حياتهم وممارسة نشاطاتهم عن طريق الانترنيت، ويلقي هذا البحث الضوء على مفهوم التحول الرقمي، وكيفية تكريسه في الجزائر من خلال تبنيها لأنظمة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات وتفعيل استخداماتها للوصول إلى مجتمع معلوماتي وادارة الكترونية واقتصاد رقمي، من خلال اعتماد بنية تحتية رقمية متينة، لتكون في مصاف الدول التي تسعى الى التقدم والنجاح من خلال التحول الرقمي ولما لا الوصول الى النفاذ الرقمي لكافة شرائح المجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية التحول الرقمي،جائحة كورونا، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتصالات، البنية التحية الرقمية، الاقتصاد الرقمي، الادارة الرقمية. Abstract: The proliferation of Crona in most parts of the world has led to a growing interest in work patterns and distance communication, at a time when digitization has increased, enabling individuals and institutions to continue their lives and engage in online activities, This research sheds light on the concept of digital transformation, and how to enshrine it in Algeria through its adoption of communications and information technology systems and activating its uses to reach an information society, electronic management and digital economy, through the adoption of a strong digital infrastructure, to be among the countries seeking progress and success through digital transformation and why not access digital access to all segments of society.
