تقييم مستوى نظم المعلومات المالية (حالة المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار Ensp)

Résumé: ملخص: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة بحث وتقييم مستوى فعالية نظم المعلومات المالية بالمؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار (ENSP)، حيث أن تحقيق كفاءة وفعالية المعلومات من شأنه أن يحقق لها أهدافها، ويؤدي دورا حاسما في تطويرها، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. أما عن عينة الدراسة فتم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية وتتكون من (42) مسئولا على الإدارة المالية من مختلف المديريات التابعة لمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتم التحليل بالاعتماد على بعض الأساليب الإحصائية ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة: أن نظم المعلومات بالمؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار (ENSP) ذات مستوى من فعالية مقبول من خلال مرونتها والقيام بتحديثها بصفة دوية؛ سرعة ودقة هذه النظم؛ كما تمتاز بالملائمة والوضوح. Abstract: In this study, we discussed and evaluated the effectiveness of the National Well Services Corporation (ENSP) financial information systems. Achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of information would achieve its objectives and play a crucial role in its development. With respect to the study, the sample was deliberately selected and consists of (42) financial management managers from the various branches of the institution under study; the analysis was based on certain statistical methods and the most important results of this study are as follows: Wells (ENSP) have an acceptable level of efficiency because of their flexibility and periodic updates, speed and accuracy of these systems; Key words : Evaluation, level of effectiveness, information systems, financial information systems, National Corporation for Well Services.
