المحددات الداخلية للعقيدة الأمنية الإسرائيلية

Résumé: الملخص: تشترك عوامل عدة في تقرير نمط السلوك السياسي-العسكري للوحدة السياسية، وتتشارك هذه العوامل فيما بينها؛ وتختلف أوزانها النسبية باختلاف إمكانياتها وأهدافها، ويلعب السياق الذي يكتنف صياغة العقيدة الأمنية دورا مهما، لذا ينبغي النظر إليها على أنها حصيلة عوامل محلية وإقليمية ودولية، فهي عملية مركبة على مستوى المضمون ومعقدة على مستوى المتغيرات ومتعددة على مستوى الفواعل؛ ولا تشذ العقيدة الأمنية الإسرائيلية عن ذلك، فهي محكومة بنفس المنطق المذكور، وتهدف هته الدراسة إلى تحليل وتفسير دور الإمكانيات والخصائص الوطنية للكيان الإسرائيلي في تكوين العقيدة الأمنية الإسرائيلية و تحديد توجهاتها ومسارات تطورها ،إذ شكلت المحددات المادية وغير المادية المتمثلة في العوامل السياسية والإيديولوجية، الجغرافية والديمغرافية ،الاقتصادية والعسكرية والتكنلوجية أساسا لنشأة وتطور العقيدة الأمنية الاسرائيلية. Abstract: Several factors participate in determining the pattern of the political-military behavior of the political unit, and these factors share with each other; Its relative weights vary according to its capabilities and objectives, and the context surrounding the formulation of the security doctrine plays an important role. Therefore, it should be seen as the outcome of local, regional and international factors. It is a complex process at the level of content, complex at the level of variables, and multiple at the level of actors. The Israeli security doctrine does not deviate from this, as it is governed by the same logic mentioned. This study aims at analyzing and interpreting the role of the capabilities and national characteristics of the Israeli entity in the formation of the Israeli security doctrine and defining its orientations and paths of its development.
