تقييم آداء البنوك الإسلامية الجزائرية باستخدام طريقة Camels

Résumé: نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة إلى تقييم آداء البنوك الإسلامية الجزائرية باستخدام طريقة CAMELS وذلك من خلال التعريف بالمعايير الأساسية التي تعتمد عليها طريقة CAMELS في تقييم أداء البنوك ، والمتمثلة أساسا في كفاية رأس المال ونوعية الأصول ونوعية الإدارة وإدارة الربحية ودرجة السيولة والحساسية اتجاه مخاطر السوق. حيث تم تقييم البنكين الاسلاميين الوحيدين في الجزائر ألا وهما بنك البركة ومصرف السلام، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن تصنيف مصرف السلام معتدل وتصنيف بنك البركة مرضي. Abstract:tThrough this paper, we seek to assess the performance of Algerian Islamic banks using the CAMELS method, by introducing the basic criteria upon which the CAMELS method is used to evaluate the performance of banks, mainly in terms of capital adequacy, asset quality, management quality, profitability, degree of liquidity, and sensitivity towards market risks. As the only Islamic banks in Algeria were evaluated, namely Al Baraka Bank and Al Salam Bank, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the rating of Al Salam Bank is moderate and the classification of Al Baraka Bank is satisfactory
