Résumé: يستخدم أسلوب البرمجة بالأهداف في اتخاذ القرارات لمسائل تتضمن عدة أهداف غالبا ما تكون متناقضة فيما بينها، ونتيجة لعجز النماذج التقليدية للبرمجة الخطية لمعالجة مثل هذا النوع من المشاكل برزت أهمية البرمجة بالأهداف للتعامل م هذ المشاكل، وفي هذ المذكرة سنحاول تسليط الضوء على أسلوب البرمجة الأهداف كأداة دعم مساعدة على اتخاذ القرار باعتبارها من الأساليب الأكثر نجاحا في التعامل م مسائل الواق العملي التي غالبا ما تتسم بالتعقيد نظرا إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف في آن واحد تحت مجموعة من القيود، و حاولنا في الدراسة التطبيقية صياغة ثلاث نماذج لأسلوب البرمجة بالأهداف و حلها باستخدام برنامج لترشيد قرار منح الائتمان في البنوك التجارية ،وذلك من خلال دراسة عينة من مجتم الدراسة تمثلت في LINGO حيث قمنا بنمذجة المعطيات حسب أسلوب برمجة الاهداف باستعمال طريقة تدنية BDL بنك التنمية المحلية الانحرافات، من خلال تدنية الانحرافات المرغوب المتعلقة بالأهداف، من اجل المفاضلة بين القروض، حيث توصلنا إلى The goal programming model is used in the decision-making goals of the issues containing several objectives are often contradictory, as a result of the inability of the traditional models of linear programming to address this kind of problems emerged the importance of programming objectives to deal with these problems, and in this note we will try to shed light on the programming style goals as a tool for supporting assistance to take the resolution as one of the most successful methods in dealing with the practical issues of fact which are often characterized by complex owing to achieve several objectives simultaneously under a variety of restrictions, and tried in the applied study the wording of the three models of programming style the goals and resolved using LINGO program to rationalize the decision to grant credit in the commercial banks This is done by studying a sample of the study community, which was in the local development bank BDL, where we modeled the data according to the method of programming goals using the method of minimizing deviations, by minimizing the desired deviations related to the objectives, in order to trade between the loans.
