Résumé: The aim of this study was to identify the role of knowledge management in developing the capacity of administrative innovation in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Madiyya. In order to analyze these data, - The level of knowledge management at the Directorate is high. - The level of employee practice of administrative creativity is also high within the Directorate. - There is a positive relationship between knowledge management and managerial innovation. - There is a role of knowledge management in its dimensions to the ability of administrative innovation. The study recommended working hard to support the concept of knowledge management and dissemination of culture through activating its dimensions. It also recommended the promotion and identification of administrative creativity and the provision of incentives to it
