Résumé: ملخص: يتناول المقال دراسة لدور الرأي العام في حماية الحقوق والحريات ، بحيث يعتبر الرأي العام أحد الآليات المهمة لحماية الحقوق والحريات ، فهو العامل الرئيسي لاحترام المبادئ الدستورية و طبعا لا يتسنى ذلك إلا إذا كان الأفراد على درجة من الثقافة و الوعي بحيث يمكنهم التأثير على السلطة و جعلها تحترم حقوق و حريات الأفراد في الدولة ، حيث يشمل الرأي العام ، المجتمع المدني ، و الوسائل الإعلامية ، و الأحزاب السياسية the protection of rights and freedoms, so that public opinion is one of the important mechanisms for the protection of rights and freedoms, it is the main factor to respect the constitutional principles and of course this can only be if individuals are a degree of culture and awareness so that they can influence and make power Respects the rights and freedoms of individuals in the State, including public opinion, civil society, the media and political parties
