Résumé: تهدف الدراس الى معرف مدى توفر الثقاف الغذائي الكافي لدى الممارسين لهاته الرياض للوصول الى المستويات العالي وما إذا كانوا يتبعون برامج غذائي خاص تخدم أهدافهم وتم اختيار عينتنا بطريق قصدي حيث بلغت 50 رياضي من ممارسي رياض كمال الأجسام ببلدي بسكر وكان المنهج المناسب لدراستنا هو المنهج الوصفي حيث استخدمنا الاستبيان كأدا للدراس وبعد استخدام الوسائل الإحصائي توصلنا الى 1يتبع رياضيي كمال الأجسام برامج غذائي خاص خلال ممارستهم لهذه الرياض 2لا يدرك رياضيي كمال الأجسام نوع مكونات الغذائي التي يحتاجها 3لا يعرف رياضيي كمال الأجسام الفرق بين المكملات الغذائي والمنشطات 4لا يضبط رياضيي كمال الأجسام البرنامج الغذائي بطريق علمي Study summary The Reality Of Nutrition For Bodybuilding Athletes Field Study Made In Bodybuilding Gyms Of Biskra Province the study aimed to find out if the athletes that practice this sport have the nutritional culture that needed to reach high levels and big achievements and if whether they follow special nutritional diets that serve their goals our sample was chosen intentionally as it reached 50 bodybuilding athletes in Biskra province And the Research Methodology for our study was the descriptive Methodology where we used the questionnaire as a tool for the study and after using the statistical tools The results were as follows 1The Bodybuilders follow special nutritional diets during their practice of this sport 2 Bodybuilders do not realize what kind of nutritional components they need 3Bodybuilders do not know the difference between nutritional supplements and steroids 4Bodybuilders do not make their nutritional diets using the scientific way
