Résumé: This study aims to know the extent of the effectiveness of monetary policy with its traditional and non-traditional tools in achieving financial stability in Algeria through an analytical study of the case of Algeria during the period from 2010 to 2020 as a period in which Algeria experienced many crises, the most prominent of which was the crisis of the collapse of oil prices, and the Covid epidemic. 19. The published statistics and data have been analyzed by governmental and official bodies, most notably the Central Bank of Algeria. And we reached results that there is a strong relationship between the monetary policies applied by the central bank and the reality of financial stability, but the lack of a developed financial market in Algeria limits the effectiveness of monetary policy and the ability of the central bank responsible for the application and management of the tools of this policy
