التلميذ في مواجهة التعليم الظلي- دراسة في التملات والدوافع The Student In Face Of The Shadow Education- A Study Of Representations And Motivation

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة محتوى ومضمون التمثلات الاجتماعية لموضوع الدروس الخصوصية لدى عينة من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بمعنى ما يحملونه من أفكار وآراء ومعرفة حول الدروس الخصوصية. ولأجل ذلك انتهجنا المنهج الاستكشافي في البحث معتمدين على عدة تقنيات تمثلت في تقنية التداعي الحر؛ ثم استمارة مكملة، أجريت الدراسة مع عينة من 80 تلميذ وتلميذة وأفضت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن للطلبة معرفة عامة حول موضوع الدروس الخصوصية تمثلت عناصر النواة المركزية في (النجاح والتفوق والفهم الأكثر والمواد الأساسية والمال) بالإضافة إلى العناصر المحيطية التي تعكس ممارسات التلاميذ. أما في ما يتعلق بأستاذ الدروس الخصوصية فالنواة المركزية التي كونها التلاميذ تمثلت في عنصر ( طماع، جيد، مؤهل، متفوق، الأجرة لا تكفيه، يساعد التلاميذ متفاهم مع التلاميذ والتواضع) وقد تبين أن الصفات الايجابية والمعرفية هي التي طغت على النظام المركزي وقد توصلنا من خلال الاستمارة أن الدافع الأساسي نحو مزاولة الدروس الخصوصية هو الدافع المعرفي ثم النفسي ثم الاجتماعي. The main aim of our study is to identify the content of the social representations of the private lessons among a sample of middle school students in order to investigate their ideas and views vis-à-vis the private lessons. We relied on an exploratory approach based on several techniques such as the association relation method and a supplementary questionnaire. This study was performed on a sample of 80 students and the results of the study shows that the students had general knowledge about the subject of private lessons. The elements of the central core were (success, excellence, understanding more, basic modules and money) in addition to the peripheral elements that reflect the student’s behaviors. As for the professor, the central core consists of the elements (good, qualified, superior, not enough salary, understanding students and humility). It has been shown that the positive and cognitive qualities dominate the central system; also we have reached through the form that the main motivations for practicing private lessons are cognitive, psychological, and social motivation.
