Résumé: Nanotechnologyis one of the modern technologies usedrecently in manyfields. Nanoparticles have manyphysical and chemicalproperties due to theirinfinitesimal size and surface area, which made them the subject of study and development and contributed to accessingmany diverse applications. Nanoparticles are synthesized in manyways, including the biologicalmethod (Green Synthesis), whichis an easy, fast, inexpensive and environmentallysafemethod and depends on using plant extracts. As part of a previous study, the extract of a vine varietywasused as a copper ion reducer for the production of coppernanoparticles, where the coppernanoparticlesobtainedwerecharacterized by several techniques, besides the evaluation of theirantioxidant and antibacterialactivity
