دور الثقافة التنظيمية في إنتقال المنظمات الصناعية إلى نظام التصنيع الرشيق

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار دور الثقافة التنظيمية في مساعدة المنظمة الصناعية للانتقال الى نظام التصنيع الرشيق، نتطرق من خلالها إلى المفاهيم النظرية الجديدة التي تبين الدور الاستراتيجي للثقافة التنظيمية الصحيحة في تنفيذ التصنيع الرشيق ، و منه حاولت الدراسة تبيين كيف يسهم التفكير الثقافي التنظيمي في الانتقال الصحيح الى هذا النظام حيث استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى عرض العديد من الادبيات و النماذج العالمية المتعلقة بالموضوع؛ خلصت الدراسة بأنه لا يمكن للمنظمة الصناعية ان تنجح في المرحلة الانتقالية الى نظام التصنيع الرشيق ما لم تتمتع بتفكير ثقافي تنظيمي استراتيجي، كذلك تبين انه يمكن للمنظمة الصناعية الاعتماد في تقييم الثقافة التنظيمية الخاصة بها على نموذج تقييم ثقافة التصنيع الرشيق (LCAM) قبل تنفيذه من خلال تصميم نموذج الدمج المنهجي لقيم التصنيع الرشيق مع مبادئ الثقافة التنظيمية . كلمات مفتاحية:ثقافة.؛ تنظيم؛ أنظمة التصنيع؛ تصنيع رشيق؛ منظمة صناعية؛ This study aims to show the role of organizational culture in helping the industrial organization to move to the lean manufacturing system. Through it, we address new theoretical concepts that show the strategic role of the correct organizational culture in implementing lean manufacturing. From there, the study attempted to show how organizational cultural thinking contributes to the correct transition. To this system, I used the descriptive and analytical approach in addition to presenting many international literature and models related to the subject. The study concluded that an industrial organization cannot succeed in the transitional phase to a lean manufacturing system unless it has strategic organizational cultural thinking.
