Résumé: ملخص: إن استهداف التنمية المستدامة كمطلب إستراتيجي حساس في أي سياسة تنموية وطنية ينبغي توفير المحيط اللازم والحيوي لذلك، ولعلّ أهم منظومة تستهدف هذا المطلب هو تحقيق الأمن البيئي، الذي يعتبر هدفا رئيسا كونه يؤسس لمقاربة التنمية المستدامة، ذلك أنه يسهم وبشكل كبير في التنظير والتخطيط الإستراتيجي على المستوى البعيد، على اعتبار أنه صمام أمان في استقرار أي مجتمع كان، وتبعا لذلك فإن الأمن البيئي يلعب دورا مفصليا وهاما في البناء التنموي، ومن ثمّ المساهمة في إعداد البرامج الكبرى لإحداث تنمية شاملة في ظل محددات الحماية البيئية. ذلك أن توفير الأمن البيئي من شأنه الإسهام في تحقيق الضروريات اللازمة لانطلاق أي عملية تنموية في ظروف مناسبة ومستقرة. Abstract: The goal of sustainable development as a strategic requirement is sensitive to any national development policy. The most important system that aims at this requirement is to achieve environmental security, which is a major goal as it establishes a sustainable development approach. As a safety valve in the stability of any society. Accordingly, environmental security plays a significant and important role in development construction and thus contributes to the preparation of major programs to achieve comprehensive development under the limits of environmental protection. The provision of environmental security would contribute to the realization of the necessary necessities for the launching of any development process in appropriate and stable conditions.
