المحددات الفردية للتحويلات المالية التي يقوم بها المهاجرين الجزائريين المقيمين بفرنسا

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى توفير فهم أفضل لسلوك المهاجرين الجزائريين المقيمين بفرنسا فيما يخص احتمال تحويلهم للأموال وهذا من خلال تحليل المحددات الفردية لهذه التحويلات، و تشمل كل من المميزات المتعلقة بالمهاجر، عائلة المهاجر، و الهجرة في حد ذاتها. و على هذا الأساس تبلورت إشكالية البحث الرئيسية كما يلي: كيف تؤثر المحددات الفردية على احتمال قيام المهاجرين الجزائريين بتحويل الأموال تجاه الجزائر؟ و للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تم الاعتماد على البيانات الأولية التي جمعت من خلال الاستبيان الذي مس 120 مهاجر جزائري مقيم بفرنسا، 43 منهم لا يقومون بتحويل الأموال و 77 يقومون بعملية التحويل، و هذا عن طريق تقنية المقابلة الشخصية مع جميع أفراد العينة في كل من مطار الجزائر الدولي و المحطة البحرية لميناء الجزائر. أما النتيجة الجوهرية و التي تم التوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة فهي وجود نوعان من التأثير، تأثير إيجابي و آخر سلبي تحدثه المحددات الفردية للتحويلات المالية على سلوك المهاجرين فيما يخص احتمال تحويلهم للأموال. The aim of this article is to provide a better understanding of the behavior of Algerian migrants residing in France with regard to the potential transfer of funds. This is done by analyzing the individual determinants of these transfers, and have all characteristics the immigrant family and immigration itself. On this basis, the main problem of research was as follows: How do individual determinants affect the possibility of Algerian migrants transferring funds to Algeria? To answer this problem, the primary data collected through the questionnaire of 120 Algerian immigrants residing in France, 43 of whom do not transfer funds and 77 are doing the transfer process, through the technique of personal interview with the entire sample at both Algiers International Airport and the Maritime Station of Algiers Port. and as a result we had two types of impact, positive and négative impact for the individual determinants of remittances on the behavior of migrants in relation to the possibility of funds transfer.
