أثر عدد المسجلين في الصناعات التقليدية والحرف على خلق مناصب الشغل في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 2015 إلى 2021the Impact Of The Number Of Those Registered In Traditional Industries And Crafts On Job Creation In Algeria During The Period From 2015 To 2021

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص العلاقة بين قطاع الصناعة التقليدية والحرف في استحداث مناصب الشغل في الجزائر، من خلال الاعتماد على دراسة علاقة التأثير بين عدد المسجلين في قطاع الصناعة التقليدية والحرف وعدد مناصب الشغل المستحدثة خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2015إلى سنة2021. ولهذا الغرض تم التطرق إلى اهم المفاهيم المرتبطة بموضوع بقطاع الصناعة التقليدية والحرف، كما تم التركيز على عرض وتحليل مجموعة من إحصائيات حول واقع هذا القطاع في الجزائر وأثره في استحداث مناصب الشغل. وعليه تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر إيجابي بين عدد المسجلين في قطاع الصناعة التقليدية والحرف ومناصب الشغل المستحدثة، وهذا نتيجة لتميز القطاع ببساطة استثماراته. This study aims to diagnose the relationship between the handicraft sector and job creation in Algeria, by relying on the study of the effect relationship between the number of those registered in the handicraft sector and the handicraft sector and the number of jobs created during the period from 2015 to 2021. For this purpose, the most important concepts related to the subject of the traditional industry and crafts sector were addressed, and focus was placed on presenting and analyzing a set of statistics on the reality of this sector in Algeria and its impact on job creation. Accordingly, a positive effect was reached between the number of registrants in the traditional industry and crafts sector and the newly created job positions, and this is a result of the sector’s distinction in the simplicity of its investments.
